Beth Moore Takes a Theologian to Task About Why Women Can and Should Preach In Church

Beth Moore remains one of the most forceful and fearless Christian leaders in the game, and she recently stoked the fires of controversy by expressing — again — her longtime opposition to complementarianism, the theological belief that claims God does not intend for women to have certain leadership roles within the Church.

Her claim was taken to task by author and theologian Owen Strachan, who wrote on Twitter that “women do not preach on Sunday to the church …We will not capitulate here.”
